Peaceful Double Room - Females Only

Large lockable Double room with king size bed with bedsheets included & 42” TV with a Roku box and a large double mirror wardrobe in a shared ground floor flat with one other girl who is working full time. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. No access to living room as I use it as an office and bedroom. There is also free WiFi.

The house is kept in clean condition so ideally want someone who can keep that maintained but I do the main cleaning of shared areas weekly. I also supply all kitchen utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc so you don’t have to buy any extra. I am also happy for any food to be used as long as it’s replaced after.

Very easy going place to live and relaxed. My current tenant has been with me for many years due to how comfortable she feels at my home.

I only stay in the flat once a month and the other girl works full time so you tend to have the flat to yourself most days.

There is free parking and it’s on a quiet residential road. We are just off the M4 junction 5 and local shops/bus stops are within less than 5mins walking distance.

Female enquiries only and I also don’t allow boyfriends/partners to stay overnight. No couples or housing benefit please.
