Hi,
I'm a landlord looking for a lodger to share my property with me, with you having exclusive access to a double bedroom as shown in the picture below. I will also be away on some weekends where you will have the property to yourself.

I will be sleeping in part of living room so although you have access to this space and the kitchen it will probably work best to keep this part divided possibly by a room divider. You will still have a TV in your room in any case.

Bathroom is shared but will be located on your floor (first floor) while i will be mainly on the ground floor.

For a small extra cost i can also arrange a cleaner to come to the property every week or so if you wish.

I am friendly and easy to get along with and happy to give you as much privacy as you need but of course would ideally want to find a likeminded person so that we can comfortably co-exist at the property.

Quiet, peaceful area with friendly neighbours, while at the same time providing easy access to amenities (supermarket, restaurant, park, petrol station etc)

Front/side fenced generous garden with gated entrance

Furnishings include: study table, , sofa, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker/oven, bed, wardrobe, hoover, mop/washing machine/tumble-dryer and two 55 inch TV's.

Parking space in private residents' car park

Fast broadband Virgin Media included.

Council Tax Band C

House available 1st of September for 1-3 months with possible extension depending on how things go.

Shops/takeaways/restaurants/cafes = 10-15 minute walk away in Colnbrook village. Italian restaurant 2 minutes away and Punch bowl pub/restaurant 5 minutes away.

I am looking for someone available to move in immediately however i am flexible with the move in date within reason.

The house comes furnished - I will not remove large pieces of furniture however am willing to make small changes if required should you wish to bring some of your own items.
