The room is bright and is furnished with a double divan bed with storage, wardrobe and 3 drawer bedside table. A smart LG TV is mounted on the wall, with aerial connection for live terrestrial tv, as well as access to streaming channel apps such as Netflix. There is also an electrical heater.

The shared bathroom is situated next to the double bedroom.

The shared kitchen and dining room is a good size and fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

You will have access to a warm and cosy lounge, conservatory and a beautifully landscaped secured rear garden. There is off street parking in the private residents’ car park.

The house is situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. It is in a cul de sac, with no through traffic, yet is within a few minutes’ walk from local shops, chemist and pubs, including the popular ‘The Ostrich Inn’ and Ye Olde George Inn. The Post Office is a 10 minute walk.

There are a number of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The Punch Bowl is another popular pub, serving great Thai food. New Bettola is a wonderful Italian restaurant, serving authentic Italian Food. There is also The Taj, Indian restaurant and takeaway, Rainbow Café for Chinese takeaway and Colnbrook Fish and Chips.
