The retired lady and her husband are looking for a lady lodger for an affordable £230 per month to share this lovely home. The lodger would provide 10-15 hours a week of their spare time in exchange of affordable accommodation.

🗺️ LOCATION:
The home is 2miles away from Cookham Station, a 5 minute drive away. You can take a train to Paddington which takes just under an hour. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location. This is a rural location and you will need a car to get around.

🗝️ THE HOUSE:
• Large 5 bedroom house
• The room available – it is actually 2 rooms which includes a large living room, a large double bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, study desk and desk storage.
• Ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower
• WIFI included
• Parking and bicycle storage
• Large garden
• Cleaner for communal rooms.
• There is a 7 year old terrior. This is not appropriate for anyone with pets.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired couple are looking for a lady lodger over 30 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation 3-4 times a week and perhaps some dog walking. This will suit someone working from home or someone working hybrid. This will not be suitable for someone working from an office. The couple are retired professionals. Ideally but not essential, the support offered will be in the afternoon or early evening. The couple are Jewish and do not have pork in the house.
