Furnished double room in a family home available

Big garden, shared kitchen, shared lounge, Sky, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, quiet street, close to High Street, bus stops. Half an hour walk to train station. My son has two pet Degu’s but is allergic to cats and dogs. I have asthma so definitely non smokers. We are a quiet friendly family and would like to keep the house relatively quiet.
