My current tenant is buying their own place so I've got a double ensuite furnished room available soon in Crowthorne. They are due to move out in December so just putting ad out with a view to finding someone to move in January onwards.

About me
40 something Scottish gay guy. I've been living in the area for over 20 years now and bought this place as a new build. I work in finance in central London so am often away a few days a week so you'll have the place to yourself at times. I usually come back with my partner Friday to Monday but days vary depending on work and train strikes.

I'm friendly and easy going and enjoy a stress free household. I love to cook so if I'm making something there's often enough to go round. Have 2 happy previous tenants who said the cooking was the biggest perk! Not every meal mind just when I'm in the mood.

Looking for someone I get on with who enjoys a chat and a laugh and is looking for a decent place to hang their hat.

I do smoke but only ever outside as don't want the place smelling of smoke.

No couples, students or pets please.
