Large double room with an en-suite (shower + toilet + basin) in a two bedroom flat available. Move in date can be flexible (possibility to move in sooner)

The room is very large and the picture does not do it justice (the picture represents less than half of the size of the room) I will upload more pictures soon (master bedroom of the flat).
You will be sharing with my aunt who is South African and works as a carer. She is very tidy and clean and we are looking for someone who will live a similar lifestyle.

We are open to discussing options for the right person, if you would like to rent out the room temporarily. I’ve been living here for a year and am now moving abroad. The kitchen is already fully equipped and very recently renovated.
The flat includes two couches, TV, dinning room table, we are on the ground floor and have direct access from the terrace to a shared garden.

We are just a few min walk from bus stops, Lidl, Co op, locals pubs. 20/25min walk from Crowthorne station.
