Double room in modern family home

I am looking for a professions single female to share my modern family home.

I have a clean and tidy home which is decorated to a high standard in a very quiet area of Crowthorne. There is easy access to the M4/M3 corridors and a 5 minute walk takes you to Crowthorne train station which provides direct trains to Reading, Guildford and Gatwick Airport.

There is a craft beer/wine bar, bakery, chemist, restaurant and various other independent shops within a short walk. Lots of woodland and lakes for the outdoor pursuits.

There is a garden 'pub' with the addition of a hot tub for those relaxing summer evenings!

The kitchen and utility has recently been refitted with all the mod cons.

There is off street parking on the drive when there is space but there is plenty of additional street parking with no restrictions.

The room itself is a bright double room with plenty of storage and has just been redecorated.

Please note - this is a family home and for single occupancy only.

No couples or anyone wishing to bring any type of animal, including those in cages or tanks!
