The accommodation provides a high degree of privacy, and will appeal to someone who enjoys their own space. The lodger will be the main user of the kitchen and lounge/diner, although family members will pass through the kitchen area from time to time to gain access to our private gym which is also on the lower ground floor.
The house is within easy walking distance to Crowthorne High Street and train station, with trains to Reading a 15 minute commute. Camberley and Bracknell are a 10 minute drive away. There is an allocated driveway parking space and a bus stop at the end of the road.
We are a quiet, professional family with 2 indoor cats (who are not given access to the lower ground floor).
A professional, non-smoking/vaping female is preferred. Pets are not permitted, and the accommodation is not suited to someone who works night shifts/unsocial hours. Single occupancy only. References and a credit check will be required.
Rent is £900 per calendar month, payable in advance, and includes all bills (assuming reasonable usage levels of electricity) and is inclusive of council tax.
