About us:
- 26 and 35 year old couple and a friendly cat
- Both working Monday - Friday normal working hours
- Clean and tidy, but not overly obsessive!

About the property/room:
- 3 bed end of terrace house with a garden and bbq

- Situated on the edge of Broadmoor farmland, perfect place for walking/running/cycling

- 8 minute drive to Crowthorne station, 3 minute drive to local high street

- Double room with large build in wardrobe, newly decorated nicely in a modern fashion

- Large kitchen with cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large American style fridge/freezer and lots of kitchen utensils available to use. We love cooking!

- Shared living room

- Broadband included

- A small amount of shed/loft space for storing some of your things, plus some free cupboards and draws around the house

- Plenty of parking on our road

What we are looking for:
- Room will be ideal for couples, but we will consider single occupants too (£500 for single occupant, £700 for couples)
- Friendly and trustworthy people
- Willing to help keep the house clean and tidy
