Flatmate Wanted

I know it is the wrong time for moving and all that with the new lockdown restrictions, but the second room in the flat that I rent in Datchet has just become available. It is a double room with en-suite sharing only with me. We share a lounge/kitchen open plan, with a dining area in the entrance hall.

The flat is underfloor heated and is on the first floor so benefits from heat from flat below. It is a gated complex and has off street parking. WiFi and Sky is included.

The landlord is asking for a £200 deposit and £550 rent a month. Bills and utilities come to £50 a month each, which would be payable to me as everything is in my name.

15/20 mins to T5 or 25 mins to T5 on a direct bus from the end of the street. Windsor 10 mins by car or train, London 40 mins direct by train.

I am Cabin Crew flying out of T5 so am away quite regularly throughout the month, but like to cook, movie nights etc at home and looking for a flatmate who like to be social. And have the odd night at the local pub when things get back to normal.
