Donnington area, approximately 15-20 minute walk to Newbury town centre. Waitrose and Aldi nearby as well as more local convenience stores.
Easy access onto the A34 and M4.
Short walk to Donnington castle.

Private driveway parking.
Shared family bathroom (with my daughter).
Use of modern kitchen, lounge, conservatory and garden.
Use of washing machine.
Utilities and council tax included in rent.
