Room for rent in 4 bed Caversham/Emmer Green home

I have one room to rent in a detached home in Emmer Green, Caversham. It has drive way parking, local shops, pubs and bus routes nearby, Caversham main street is 15 minutes’ walk, Reading main station/Town with cinnections to Oxford, London etc. The room for rent is furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk and a window looking out at the front garden and driveway. These and all utility bills/council tax etc are included in rent. The back garden is a good size, has storage for bikes and is great for a barbeque.

The contract we have is a one month rolling contract which you can cancel with one months’ notice. Only 2 or 5 day week rental can be discussed Rent reduced) if this is only time room is needed.
