Large Bedroom Available in Emmer Green

Professional couple (36 & 31) looking for a tidy and sociable person to rent a room to in our 5 bed detached house. All bills are included, including council tax.
We are in Emmer Green, just outside of Caversham and a 10 minute drive to Reading Station and a bus stop right outside the house that goes into town.

Open to Monday - Friday renters or a variation and will consider short to medium stays, with a minimum of 3 months.

You’d have exclusive use of the main bathroom and would be able to use our lovely, big kitchen. The room comes part-furnished with a double ottoman bed, a large chest of drawers and 2-person sofa. We are happy for someone to bring their own bedroom furniture, or to remove the chest of drawers and/or sofa.

We’ve got a large driveway for parking and a nice big garden; the house is just over 2,300 sq ft so we’ve plenty of space to roam in.

One of us works from home full time and the other works hybrid. And, ideally, we're looking for someone who works in the office.
