Freshly painted room with new memory foam mattress and bedding included. Use of kitchen, and washing machine. Shared upstairs bathroom which has a bath and shower. WiFi and all utilities are also included.

I live with my son who is 22 and works full time. I also work school hours full time. Must like dogs as we have two friendly, small dogs.

The room is single occupancy only. We consider our home to be clean, quiet, friendly and comfortable. No smokers please.

We are close to local shops, takeaways, coffee shops hairdressers and a post office. There is also a local Tesco garage all within a 5min walk. We are on a main bus route (2 min walk) It’s a 10 min ride to Reading train station and Reading town centre. Plenty of parking also available.

One week notice period either way.
