I'm looking for housemates in Caversham.

The Rooms
come furnished with a double bed with built in storage, wardrobes, a chest of drawers and there is space for a desk or additional storage if you wanted it.

The House
is situated in a safe gated community just up the road from Caversham High Street. It features a spacious kitchen with a large open dining and sitting room area. There is also a conservatory with additional dining space and a nice garden. There is a shared bathroom upstairs for the two advertised rooms + a downstairs loo. There's a garden shed for bikes and additional storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and plenty of storage.

Parking
As the property is in a gated community, there is very limited parking. Parking of cars would need to be on the outside of the estate. Free parking is available on Buckingham Drive and Fallofield Close.

Located
in Caversham, the house is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bus or a 20-minute walk to Reading Station.

Monthly Bills
covers council tax (Band E), electricity, gas, water, TV license, internet (ultra fast broadband being installed). A weekly cleaner will added only when the house is fully occupied.

I work in Commercial Real Estate. I'm 34. I'm a very active person with hobbies including tennis, yoga and gym. When I'm at home, I like to read, cook and watch TV.
