Family Home - Mon - Fri (or similar)

Spare bedroom in bright, family home with garden. Fairly clean and tidy house, most of the time, but not always organised and you would be sharing with manic working mum, 2 secondary school kids, family pets - 1 large dog, 1 cat and 2 guinea pigs (in hutch in garden). The room is newly decorated, furnished and can be locked; classed as a double-room, including single bed and new mattress. Family bathroom upstairs and shower-room/toilet downstairs. Welcome to use both but, we use the bathroom mostly and, in school term-time, we need the bathroom between 6. 30 to 7. 30 am. The kitchen would be at your disposal any time, because we do not have a set-time, dining routine. Therefore, on occasion, we could be using the kitchen at the same time. Not a problem for me. Bills included but not food.
THIS ARRANGEMENT WILL ONLY SUIT A PERSON USED TO LIVING WITHIN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT BUT WHO ALSO WANTS GO HOME TO THEIR OWN FAMILY EACH WEEK.
