1 semi-furnished room to let on Eton High Street opposite the Eton Mess, a minute or two's walk from Windsor/Eton Bridge - it's a fantastic location. It's about five minutes walk from the Windsor/Eton Riverside Stationl, and 10-12 minutes from Windsor/Eton Central, which will take you to Slough.

The flat itself is comprised of two stories; 2 bedrooms and a kitchen on the top floor, with 2 further bedrooms and a communal living room downstairs., which all sits above the antique bookshop on the high street.

The room itself is on the bottom floor and is part-furnished. This is the biggest room and a pretty decent space to be honest. Bed and hanging rail not included (but could be purchased from current owner), but everything else you see in the room (including the massive chair) will stay.

You will be sharing with 2 women who work in windsor/surrounding areas and are sometimes busy but enjoy chill out out and watching a film/out for drinks etc when we are all together - but most of all we are looking for someone who is fairly relaxed about everything.

There are also 2 rabbits that live in the lounge and they are looked after by Gala and Aimee.

Rent is £450, not including an extra £75 a month for bills, so £525 all in.

It's fairly relaxed - we sort most things out ourselves and the landlord is happy for us to get on with things.
