The flat is just across the river from Windsor so close to Windsor town centre and just 1 minute from Eton High Street! Only 5 minutes to Windsor Riverside station and 5-10 from Central!
The room is available from beginning of June with some flexibility on the move in date.
The rent is 525 monthly without bills. Bills usually come to around £150, this includes council tax.
There is a deposit of £540.
You would be moving in with two girls, one is a teacher and the other one works in care. They enjoy socialing together but the flat is reasonably quiet throughout the week while they are working. The main attraction is obviously a cat called Lola who lives with us, she is a beautiful ragdoll cat who enjoys cuddles.
Looking for a relaxed, clean and friendly housemate to move in.
