Looking for 1-2 professionals to rent the 2 spare rooms in my new house. I have recently repainted the whole house, with new carpets planned upstairs by January and modernised the bathroom including a jacuzzi bath.
The 2 bedrooms will be fully furnished, with built in wardrobes, ready from 2nd January. The lounge has a new sofa and a 55” smart TV. I have an electric car charger available at approx £15 per charge.
The house is in Farnham Royal and 10-15 mins drive to Slough station. The rooms available are 4.66 x 2.64 metres (£850 p/m) and 3.82 x 2.14m (£800 p/m). All furnished with double beds.
I’m a chilled person that enjoys sport, working on my business and seeing friends/family. I work from home 2-3 days a week.
Bills included and the council tax band is E.
