One bedroom bungalow, great location, cat lover

We are going away for two month (from 10th of April 2024) and looking for somebody to move into our property.
It is a two bedroom bungalow but one bedroom will be locked with our personal things.

We are looking for someone who loves cats. We have one rescue cat who is very shy, he sleeps and eats in the house but also runs free on the farm. He has got an electric feeder which needs an occasional check/top up. Plus he needs an additional feeding once a day. If no one around for few days, our neighbor can always feed him.

The guest will have an access to the whole house: fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, bathroom with bath and separate shower, cloak room.

There is a gas heating in the house but also a wood burner with unlimited fire wood supplied.

There are plenty of garden and woodland for you to enjoy. It is a very secluded location.

We are both vegans, so ideally, looking for a vegan/vegetarian person.

Suitable for a single person or a couple.
Car is essential due to location, we are about 2 miles away from the town/shops.

Bills that are excluded from the rent: electricity (own meter, paid following month) and gas bottles .

Final cleaning fee - £100

Asking rent is significantly reduced, taking into consideration that we are looking for the right person to stay in our home and keep company for our cat.
