The second Room is a little smaller but is upstairs facing the rear garden and has a good king size double bed which is really comfortable but can be removed and let Furnished or Unfurnished according to your requirements. There is a TV. Lead and with Sky available if required

This is a lovely four bed chalet Bungalow in a sought after location with 2.5 Bathrooms (1 containing bath, shower w/c and wash basin; one containing pumped 'waterfall' power shower W/C and Basin and one other separate downstairs WC)

A large fully fitted shared kitchen and L shaped lounge with patio doors to a South facing rear Patio and garden in the final stages of a full makeover (and you are welcome to assist with some gardening design if you wish :). There is parking for 4 or 5 cars with ease.

Price is all inclusive - depending on your requirements. The rooms are not en-suite but you will only be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other room and the other bathroom or WC is available if yours is busy. All rooms have Internet, Satellite TV capability if required.

I am looking for professionals with good references but may, in unusual circumstances, consider Students or tenants without references or unable to work but only with good reason. Please check with me first.

Mainly looking for at least 6 month lets but will consider short term depending on circumstances. Any very short term may be considered at a slight rental increase to cover inconvenience or re-advertising etc.
