Large Room in Lovely Appartment

Hi all,

My current flat mate is moving out at the end of April so I'm looking for a replacement.

I have 2 rooms to rent out. I like Everything to be nice and tidy. I'm not fussed male or female, the flat has 2 floors and one of the rooms is at the complete other end of the property with the bathroom. It is not an en-suite but I have my own bathroom to use.

We have 2 lounges at the property, separate kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine fridge/freezer etc..
