I now have one double room left in this superb recently refurbished modern shared house. All the housemates are professional people in their mid 30's.

The room that is available is a double with fitted wardrobes and new carpets brand new bed with memory foam mattress

The house has been refurbished to a very high standard including new carpets throughout. Washing machine and 3 tall standing fridge freezers to share all new. The kitchen is a very good size with a dining area and mains tv aerial connection. There is a refurbished master bathroom with over-sized shower cubicle.

All rooms will have brand new fire resistant divan double beds

parking - one allocated but plenty of on street parking.

All bills included and fibre optic broadband.
