Single room in friendly houseshare

I have a furnished single room available in fantastic shared house. The room has a double bed in it and fitted wardrobes. There is a large modern kitchen diner and all bills wifi, tv licence etc are included. The housemates there are all working professionals and very friendly they organise nights out and sunday lunch together so very social. The house is only 6 years old and you will have a share of the bathroom with one other. Its also opposite the new Tesco so handy to nip over the road to do your food shopping. On street parking. There is a fee of £120 to cover the cost of referencing and Tenancy Agreement
