Professionally decorated double-room

I am ONLY looking for tenants aged 35+. If you are 20-something, you are not suitable.
The room is for single occupancy only so if you are a couple or mother and daughter, for example, the room is NOT suitable.

If you are aged over 35 with a job, looking for a short-term placement (possibly extendable for the right person), you might be suitable!

The room has been recently decorated and is bright and airy.
There is a huge wardrobe, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, and small-double bed. There is a large window to this room but it's a bit hidden by the curtain (right-hand side).

The room would suit a quiet and possibly introverted but nevertheless chatty individual who is a working professional perhaps on a short-term contract away from home, or somebody looking for a place to live before a house sale completes.

The potential applicant should be neat and tidy in appearance and mannerism, and polite and reliable in character. My pet dogs are very friendly and like to make themselves known, so my house is only suitable for dog-lovers. It's sometimes kept cool so I can concentrate better whilst working.

This is my house and my home. I need the tenant to respect that. It is a large home but I will only ever have one or two tenants.

The room is available every day but could also be available on a part-time basis.

I am clean, tidy and work from home.
