Double room in nice village location

I have a fair use policy so all you have to worry about is the rent and your own food

I’m putting my double room up for rent, as we are taking some time out to go travelling, so we will not be in the flat for most of the year.

The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table and Smart TV with remote.
The room also comes with New bed linen and duvet etc.

Although there is no en-suite you will have access to the shared bathroom has bath and shower etc. and some basic storage.

In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, elec hob and microwave with Bosch Washing machine. There is also access to the garden (south facing) with table, chairs for relaxing when the weather permits! You don't have to worry about using all of your own stuff living here as you are free to use what we have in the house pots and pans ect. (If anything, else might be required please ask).

The house is located between Reading and Newbury in a very pretty village and easy access to the A34 and M4, which makes access to the local area very easy. The house is within walking distance of a local community shop with Café and a lovely Pub. The village also has a Church that dates back to the 11th Century and a large village hall with various activities. The local bus route is also within very short walking distance.
