I am looking for a lodger to replace my existing lodger who is moving out at the end of June as he is going travelling.
The house, a bungalow, is located down a quiet lane and is about one mile out of Hampstead Norreys which is a lovely village with a shop and pub etc.
The house has ample parking and a large garden that backs onto fields. We are about 10 minutes from Newbury and hence the M4 (junc 13) and A34 for anyone who is travelling with work etc.
I have a double room for rent with its own small toilet and sink and then a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
I don't mind either male or female company and I work a lot so I am frequently away or working in the small study.
I look forward to hearing from interested parties and would also be open to someone using this as a base during the week.
I am very easy going and would look for someone who is the same.
