I have a large single room (it is semi furnished you have clothing storage and desk to work on you will just need to provide your own bed. The room can accomodate a small double bed or large single. The house itself is beautifully modern and peaceful it is easily accessible to Newbury, and Aldermaston. You will have your own toilet and use of downstairs toilet. Shared bathing and kitchen / dining room. Utility Room use of washing machine, (Tumble Dryer is an optional extra). Additional garage space is offered for storage for small additional monthly fee, depending on amount , and parking is available for your one vehicle on the driveway. Internet availalble

Ideally suited for short mid week rental Monday to Friday Must be someone who pays their own council tax elsewhere. This property is currently on the market so it is advertised as a short term up to 3 months. this can be reviewed if property does not sell in that time period.
