Compact and bijou bedsit annexe, perfect for short term stay 3 (min) - 5 (max) days a week (suit contractor) set in a semi-rural position, away from the main residence. Off road parking. Easy access to Andover, Winchester, Newbury, A34 and M4.
MID-WEEK stay ONLY but can be flexible to how many nights. Minimum of 3 per week @ £30 per night (could include a Sunday).
Totally private. Stairs up from separate front door. Double bed, separate shower, toilet and sink room (no bath), kitchenette.

£30 per night or weekly and monthly rate by arrangement.
