Kitchen with Induction hob and American style fridge / freezer.
Living-room and kitchen shared, 1 toilet (downstairs) and 1 bathroom (toilet & shower upstairs) shared.
Garage safe for storing bicycles, tools, etc.
Off street parking for two cars (charging for EV available at fair cost).
Small front and rear garden.

Normal house occupancy will be 3 including two pre-existing tenants (one male, one female) and yourself. The landlord (me) will periodically visit approximately once a month to check everything is going well.
