Quiet Cul De Sac Property

Hello,
I've been living in a 2 bed maisonette property for a year now by myself and thinking to rent the spare room out.
I live in Horton, near Colnbrook, Datchet, Windsor, Slough ect.

I work from 7am until 6pm at work, i am a teacher at a local school.
I would like somebody that works and doesn't want to party!
I want somebody that is clean, tidy and looks after the property. I would like a girl to live in the spare room.
It is a single room, with a single bed in the room, bedside table, lamp, curtains and is decorated in light blue and white.
Need to get some cupboards/wardrobes for the room.
I have wifi, washing machine, brand new bathroom suite with shower.
I do have 2 cats so i would like somebody that is interested in animals.
