There is a lovely furnished double bedroom available for rent.

The rent is £600 per month including bills (WiFi, electric, water, council tax, TV licence).

There is off street parking available & a shared garden.

Please note there is one bathroom so we would be sharing the bathroom.

The kitchen features a washing machine and dishwasher and the bathroom has an excellent power shower.

The flat is located an easy walk to Kintbury train station and there are two pubs in the village, hairdresser, and corner store with post office.

Hungerford and Newbury are just one train stop either side of Kintbury or a few minutes drive. And there are good connections from Kintbury to London Paddington.

There is also two affectionate cats that stays in overnight but are out in the day.
