There is a lovely furnished double bedroom available for rent.

The rent is £650 per month & includes all bills (WiFi, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, Netflix).

There is off street parking available & a shared garden.

Please note there is one bathroom so we would be sharing the bathroom.

The kitchen features a washing machine and dishwasher and the bathroom has an excellent power shower.

A cleaner comes weekly to clean to common areas (kitchen/bathroom/living room) included in the price.

The flat is located an easy walk to Kintbury train station and there are two pubs in the village, hairdresser, and corner store with post office.

Hungerford and Newbury are just one train stop either side of Kintbury or a few minutes drive. And there are good connections from Kintbury to London Paddington.

There is also an affectionate cat that stays in overnight but is out in the day.

Reference checks, rental agreement and a £450 security deposit will be required.
