Double room in large house in Langley with parking

Our current lodger is sadly moving away as he has a new job so we are looking for a new lovely human to live in out home with us.

Us:
Mum (Lone) retired but active, Danish, does voluntary work and pilates and makes excellent brownies and likes the odd G and T
me(sarah) 33, lives in London most of the time but often come back for brownies and to get some work done as I am doing an MSc and working
Tigger (15, cat) always after food and cuddles, has a catflap and spends a lot of time outside, v self sufficient.

House: quite big so you will have a bit of space, newly renovated, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and small one, large kitchen, you are welcome to use all of them.
Garden and off street parking so great if you have a car.
There is a garage if you want to lock away a bike and there is also attic space for additional storage if you need it.
There is washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc. You are welcome to use all kitchen things. You will also have your own kitchen cupboards and fridge space.

Room: ground floor, has a new double bed and mattress from John Lewis, built in wardrobe, shelf, drawers and bedside table. While the room is not ensuite, you will pretty much have the main use of the downstairs bathroom.

You: Must be a cat lover! Someone who can look after Tigger (just food and cuddles) she is low maintenance, if we are away but obviously if you are away too, we will find a neighbour.

You don’t mind answering basic internet and tech questions!
You are looking for a home and will treat the house as such. Relatively clean and tidy.
No smoking in the house but fine in the garden

House in situated between Slough and Langley station and bus-stops (702/703/81/9/7 are not far, great for getting to Heathrow too and Wrexham park Hospital.
Sainsburys is a 10min walk

Rent is £625 per month includes all bills
