The entire house is double glazed and has Gas Central heating with good transport links to Heathrow, Slough, Windsor, Staines and Reading & Central London.

The room is fully furnished, though some could be removed if you need.
There is parking in a car park in front of the house and high-speed (900+mbps) wireless internet access is up and running and ready to use if you'd like to use it.
There is a smart and spacious fitted kitchen fully equipped with all appliances including fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and all the normal kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery that can be used if you wish to use it.
There is a large loft at the house and two sheds if you need to store anything of a reasonable size too.
The house additionally comprises (as well as the room), a clean bathroom with bath and new power shower, additional W/C, and a large lounge, front and rear garden.
My only condition really with any rental is that I am happy for you to use the whole house as your home, though I'd like you to respect it as such and contribute to keep it clean like I do.
There are local shops within 5 minutes walk, local parks close by, the train station is about 15/20 mins walk and just by M4 / M25 / M40 motorways it's relatively simple to get anywhere!
There are bus stops going direct to Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Central London & Heathrow as well as other places within 5/10 mins walk which I'd be happy to help you get about if I can.
I'm a professional easy going 44 year old gay lad (though not camp) that spends most of the time working or out and about. I work Monday to Friday and am out a lot, I'm also away a fair bit with business and socially, so you would 'in effect' have full run of the house a lot of the time.
I have a 11 year old Staffie who is very friendly, but also does his own thing; he is neutered, social, friendly and obedient (and is a bit lazy otherwise). He would not be a hassle (unless you want the occasional cuddle, which I'm sure he'll oblige!).
I don't mind if somebody has a pet as long as they are relatively mellow, looked after and cleaned up after; though more importantly they need to be social and be able to get on with my dog.
I am happy to answer any questions that you may have or to arrange a viewing.
