Unfurn Double Room. £400 PCM, £475 PCM for couples

Hi There,

I have an unfurnished double room available to rent as of today, this is a flatshare consisting of 3 rooms in total.

Couples are welcome but at an increased rate of £475.

All bills are included apart from Broadband / TV / Phone, this will need to be sorted out between flatmates after moving in.

The property is situated just off of the M4 and a 10 minute walk from the train station with lines running from Reading - London, making it a perfect place for those that have to commute to work.

Please note:

For a 1 week period in the next 6 Months there will be works commencing in the flat, during this time the Bathroom facilities will be unavailable but alternatives will be provided during this week.
