We are a nice bunch of easy going, friendly young professionals with a positive outlook on life and feel this room would suite a likeminded individual.

We’re aged between 25 - 40 and like to socialise together and sometimes have a games and take away night now and then.

Due to the nature of our jobs and the increase of working from home, we feel it is essential that we respect each others personal space, belongings and time (allowing peace and quiet if you need to rest/work).

Although we have a weekly cleaner, keeping the communal areas clean and tidy is essential and helping out with simple chores helps spread the work, as many hands make light work 😊

THE AMENTIES

The rent INCLUDES 55 inch flat screen TV with Sky+ in shared lounge; a weekly cleaner; 500mb wireless Internet; Council Tax; water bills; TV License, PLUS access to a shared £30 per week joint kitty for shared basic foods (bread, milk) and kitchen/cleaning products etc (washing up/dishwasher tablets, toilet roll/kitchen roll, furniture spray etc.) - so no need to buy your own.

Gas/electricity are the only shared bills, approx. £8 - 10 extra per week per person.

Let on an individual room basis to professionals, references and £400 deposit required. Sorry - no couples, pets or children.
