It's a 5 bed house but only looking to rent 1 room out just as a way of helping pay the bills and upkeep. The house has a lovely kitchen. it is walking distance to the river and 15 min walk to town. Also the shower is epic and underfloor heating so nice in the winter.
My parents come visit for a few weeks each year with there dogs. Normally 2 weeks in the summer and a couple weeks around Christmas.
