The room is fully furnished, but when you will need or would you like change is possible for long-stay tenants can choose themselves. Now there is bad, two wardrobes, a table with a chair and a bedside table with a lamp. There is high-speed internet because the house is close to the main broadband router.

The room is lockable and comfortable.

There is also half a storage room available for tenants plus additional space in the house for extra belongings.

The house has gas central heating and double glazing.

Spacious Communal areas. The house is very sunlit and great looking.

The house has a good-sized Kitchen/lunch area/freezers and cupboard space, a dishwasher and a separate well-equipped utility. There is a large spacious living room.

House is last in line and has a big green area around, people usually eat there Sunday or children play. At the front of the house, there is always free parking space since a blind quiet street. Great relations with all neighbours.

The housemates are all professionals working from 9am-5 pm. Nigh time is 11 pm-7 am. We are looking for professionals who will fill comfortable with these times,(male or female) who are friendly, clean/tidy and want a comfortable home where they can create a relaxed, sociable house and share with like-minded people who are sociable and considerate.
We share supplements for the house such as toilet paper, cleaning stuff dishwasher supplements and somebody who cleans share space once per month, the price for this is additional 25 pounds.

Car distance: 2 min from shops, 3 min from A404, 4 minutes from the town centre (1 mile) and 7 minutes from both Maidenhead train stations.

Central location to Ascot, Windsor, Slough, High Wycombe, Heathrow, Reading, Wokingham & Bracknell.
