I have a lovely double bedroom available in my flat that is 10 minutes walk from Maidenhead town centre and station! The area is quiet and relaxing with street parking.
The flat is split over 2 floors and nearly 900sqft and is light, bright and airy.
The flat has a large communal garden and a private balcony. The train journey into London takes 20 minutes, and it is 5 minutes drive away from the M4. It is also 2 minutes walk from the local branch line train station which takes you into the main station if you dont want to walk. There is a garage for bikes and plenty of storage.
The room is a double and comes with a sofa bed (can be removed) a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a 50" TV!
The room is £675 a month. All bills including internet and TV are included in the monthly rent.
I am a friendly, musical professional who like to keep a nice tidy house, but also have a lovely time socialising with friends and flatmates. All of the people who have moved in have become really good friends! I like cooking, reading, playing music, weightlifting in the home gym and enjoy meeting new people :)
You will need a refundable deposit of £500 and a month's rent upfront.
