Hi - we have a lovely, quiet detached property in Cox Green Maidenhead. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen table with chairs. There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine and tumble drier.
The large living room has two separate seating areas and overlooks the private, fully enclosed garden with bbq and hammock.

My bedroom is downstairs where there is also a shower room. The upstairs bedroom has a separate bathroom and this can be for the exclusive use of the tenant if wanted, as would be the whole of the first floor. The large single bedroom has a wardrobe and bedside table, and overlooks the back garden. It is very quiet.
The whole house has been recently refurbished and there is a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
Live in landlady is often away so at least once or twice a week the tenant will have the property to themselves.
All bills are included, including fast broadband.
Parking is available.
The property is in a very quiet residential street, about five minutes walk from the local shops and in an attractive area where the park can be reached in ten minutes walk. We are very close to Junction 8/9 of the M4 if you need to commute to either Reading or London.
