We have a lovely bright furnished double bedroom available in central Maidenhead.

The room is available in a house that has 9 bedrooms all rented out to individuals. The housemates are friendly and will make you feel very welcome.

The room is on the top floor of the house and has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe in it, and it has a window which looks over the garden. This bedroom will share a bathroom with 1 other room, and the bathroom is next to this bedroom. There are also 2 other bathrooms you can use if you want.

The house is about 5 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station, and 8 minutes walk to the town centre with all the shops and restaurants. If you walk 5mins the other way you have a running track, new sports centre and 7 Padel courts.

The house also has a very large garden with a rear patio which is lovely over the summer. There is also space for several cars on the front driveway.

The kitchen is modern and has a big range cooker, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer, as well as a table that seats 6 people.

The sitting room can seat up to 8 people, and has a large TV and patio doors that open out onto the garden.

The train journey into London takes 25 minutes, and it is 5 minutes drive away from the M4. It is also 2 minutes walk from the local rugby club and running track.

All bills, internet and a cleaner for the communal areas are included in the monthly rent. The Wi-Fi is superfast Virgin Business Broadband.
