Double room in flat in Maidenhead

My current flatmate is moving out and therefore I’m looking for a lodger to move in to my flat from around the start of February but can be flexible.

Looking for a professional, who doesn’t work from home often. I live a busy but quiet life, am big into sports and love spending time with my friends and family. I would love to find someone like minded and who will be respectful of the flat being my first home and so will treat it as their own.

The flat is walking distance from the town centre, a 15 minute walk to Maidenhead station, with easy links into central London.

There is a double wardrobe in the bedroom which is out of camera shot and I have an en-suite bathroom so the bathroom in the photo is for just you to use, and occasionally guests. Wifi, broadband and use of the Peleton included. Parking also available and there’s also a secure bike store.

Bills included: Water, gas, electricity and council tax.
