- All linens provided including bed linen and towels, but need to buy your own pillows
- Use of kitchen and selected kitchenware only
- Access to lounge and TV area
- Use of washing machine for two loads a week
- All utilities, wifi are included in rent (Council tax band D)
What is not included:
- Apartment not serviced - you will need to clean your bedroom and bathroom at your own expense every week
- Cleaning detergents and washing powder
I am a professional who works Tuesdays to Saturdays. I love people, getting to know people, I am house proud and love cooking when I have the time. My work is demanding so when I get home, I'm fairly quiet, will cook supper and retire early.
I am looking for a mature, professional female who has a quiet yet friendly nature and respectful.
Very important that applicant is neat and tidy, of sober habits, and must have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
