Looking for a female to rent a bedroom in new build flat. The flat is a one bed. I’m not there very often so the gist of it is the flat mate rents the bedroom and whenever I’m there I’ll take the living room. It’s lovely and new, nice and clean. Good travel links to London. Burnham and Taplow stations are nearby; Burnham to Paddington approx 36 minutes ( Elizabeth line ) and the M4 heading to London and Reading are very close approx few minutes away. There can also be parking arranged if you have a car. I’m looking for a trustworthy person that will clean up after herself, easy going, be mindful and have a decent way of living. They must be in full time employment. Perks are you’ll have the flat to yourself most of the time as I’m not there very often. Also there is hanging facilities and a large chest of drawers in the room.
