The flat is ideally located in the heart of Maidenhead city centre, just moments away from a big selection of restaurants and amenities. You will have access to your own private bathroom, though it is not en-suite.

I’m seeking a very clean and respectful individual to share my flat with. I am planning to be away for several weeks (if not months) at a time, so you’ll often have the flat all to yourself.

All bills are included, and the arrangement is initially for a short-term stay, but could be extended depending on the experience. The room also offers direct access to the terrace, providing a pleasant outdoor space when it's sunny:).

Everything you need is within easy walking distance: Waitrose (4 min), Sainsbury’s (7 min), Maidenhead Station (10 min), ODEON cinema (10 min), and various food outlets and beauty salons.

The monthly rent includes:

FIBER BROADBAND (average 70mbps)

BI-WEEKLY PROFESSIONAL CLEANING (Please note that I still expect daily tidiness on your part)

Ps. I have two cats, but I will be taking them to Italy during these months in which I am renting out the room.
