Looking for someone to rent my spare room in Maidenhead.

The flat is in the Boyne Hill area, 15 minute walk into the centre of town and the train station for the training into London and the Elizabeth Line

Walking distance to Tesco, Sainsburys and Saints Café amongst other shops and necessities including some lovely pubs!

Easy access to the M4 to head into London or to the west.
10 minute drive to Marlow and 15 minutes to Henley on Thames.

My flat is fully furnished and the room is fully furnished but anything you don't want or need can be stored.

The bedroom is a bright double furnished with bed (with storage beneath), two bedside tables, lamps, chest of draws, hanging space and storage above

Large lounge/dining room which leads into a patio garden area with outdoor dining set.
Lovely, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. Hallway with ample shoe storage.
Lots of storage space both in the flat and in the large garage.
