This is a large Victorian house in a quiet road.
The bedroom is a small double on the first floor.
The lodger will have exclusive use of a bath with overhead shower.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are two sitting/dining rooms, so generally the lodger will not have to share. There are two cats who stay downstairs in the other sitting room.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with an excellent selection of utensils and appliances.
I am a retired music teacher with a children and grandchildren who all live locally.
Mostly the house is quiet, although I enjoy life and often have friends to visit.
I love cooking and can provide home made meals - this is something I do regularly for friends and acquaintances.
The house is one mile from central Maidenhead, and a short walk from Furze Platt Halt, a station that links with Maidenhead main line and Elizabeth Line.
There is an off-street parking space at the side of the house.
