I am moving up North and looking for someone tidy and respectful to live in my converted loft!

Rent includes all bills, councils tax band C, 900mbps broadband and a biweekly cleaner for the shared spaces.
There is access to a shared kitchen, modern bathroom and a study/TV room.
1 parking space is available on the drive, and we have an enclosed garden with a BBQ area for summer.

Your housemates would be a female professional aged 25 who’s very fun and sociable but also never makes a mess as never uses the kitchen!

And a LGBT male professional aged 23 who works long shifts in London most days but is chilled and easy to get along with when around.

The house is perfectly located <5 mins walk to Furze Platt train station that goes straight to Maidenhead, meaning you can go from the door to Paddington in 30 minutes. Town is 10 minutes walk away and we have a Tesco, Coop, and big Sainsbury’s within 10 minutes walk, and a 24hr Petrol Station 2 mins walk away.

The place is available from 1st December, although could be available as early as 6th November if really needed. I’d ideally like to rent the room for 6-12 months with potential option to extend.

Couples are welcome for £1100 overall.
