Double room Next to maidenhead station(woman only)

Hi, I'm Flora (women) from south korea and looking for one girl who can live together with me with fully trust each other.
It's long term stay (more 6 months But short-term 3 months we can discuss. )

Currently I'm living with my cousin but she'll move out on 18th February because of her job.

Moving date we can discuss. (1st of February would be perfect but ypu can move 18th of February if it's necessary. )

Based on my experience of living in England for 4 years, I strongly believe that it's better to live someone who are fully respect each other and is able to clean once a week one of weekend days together.

• location : maidenhead. (To go to London takes 20 minutes or 40 minutes by Elizabeth line.)

• flat location : really perfect. Everything is walking distance.
To go to maidenhead station 1 minute by a walk, To go. to big lidl 5 minutes by a walk, sainsbury's local 5 minutes by a walk, big sainsbury's 10 minutes by a walk and to go to town 5 minutes by a walk.

• rent payment : £810 (bills included)

• Flat : shared living room, toilet, kitchen, 2 rooms. (You will take the biggest room)

• cleaning : once a week on weekend, we need to clean the flat together. One person will do vacuuming the floor & Kitchen and other person will do cleaning toilet & whipping the floor.
( I prefer to do cleaninf toilet & whipping the floor. But we can discuss about that.)

• Deposit : you don't need to pay. Because I already pay. However if something is broken on the flat, we need to repay back divide two. But it'll not gonna happend because landlord lady also my firend's of friend. i just need to let you know.

• you need to signature a month before you move in (18th January) with legal document. But you shouldn't pay anything.
